Tammy Shimp is Return Path’s Senior Vice President of Customer Success. Tammy has more than 20 years of experience in the email marketing industry. Her experience in sales, service, and passion for client satisfaction has propelled her to leading multiple teams at Return Path since she joined the company in 2001. She has managed direct sales, account management, onboarding, and relationship management teams as well as helped create and launch the renewal specialist role.
Prior to Return Path, Tammy had leadership roles at The Hibbert Group and ROI Direct, where she assisted with startup and development of a new company providing online e-commerce and e-marketing strategies for client businesses. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Education from Regis University.
